We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Post-Adoption team.ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER, REGISTERED WITH SOCIAL CARE WALESAbout the teamYou will be joining a collaborative team that is responsible for the recruitment and assessment of adopters and matching and placing children with adoptive families.We are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join a Post-Adoption team.ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A QUALIFIED SOCIAL WORKER, REGISTERED WITH SOCIAL CARE WALESAbout the teamYou will be joining a collaborative team that is responsible for the recruitment and assessment of adopters and matching and placing children with adoptive families. You will also be required to provide a range of support services to adopted adults and adoptive families.This role requires managing and coordinating the letterbox service for birth families and adoptive families. You have an overall responsibility to collate referrals and contact agreements, and provide advice in reviewing post-adoption plans.About the role You will need a Social Work degree and a minimum of 2 years’ post-qualifying experience to be considered for this role.
