Sous Chef A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sous Chef or an up and coming Head Chef to be part of our newly formed group. The starting salary for this position is in excess of £34,000. As Sous Chef, you will deliver our menu at The Old Gate Inn in Brassington, Derbyshire. Our group is expanding and we have several new venues currently undergoing full renovation. We value promoting from within, so we always have opportunities for advancement. Key duties include The development of an innovative food offer in the venue. Lead, mentor and manage the kitchen team. Assist the training and development of the kitchen team.
