M and E Multi Skilled Engineer : Cambridge : GBP 45,000Location:CambridgeSalary: GBP 45,000 + Plenty of Overtime Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company situated in Cambridge. My client is looking for a Multi:skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be Multi:skilled with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. In return the company are offering a competitive salary of GBP 45,000, overtime and the chance to work at this flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C and G / NVQ level 2 and 3 and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Youwill be required to carry out M and E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance on a single person site responsible for all the landlord services. Working as the only engineer on site, you will be required have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. In return the company are offering a competitive salary, overtime and career progression. Duties: : Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks : Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks : All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems. : Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling and sinks. : Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find. : Lamp changes : Ballast changes : Emergency light testing Requirements: : City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations OR City and Guilds Mechanical Qualifications : Commercial Building Maintenance Experience Package: : Annual Leave Holiday + Bank Holidays : Pension Scheme : Travel Card Paid : First class internal and external training : Recognition scheme : Excellent People Culture : Fantastic Progression opportunities
