Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. Resilience, patience and the ability to stay calm. A commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children and young people.Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and evenings.A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine interest in the well-being and development of children and young people.Minimum age requirement of 21 years due to legislative requirements.
