Key Responsibilities of the Quality Administrator: To provide support in the implementation of Quality management SystemsMaintaining the QMS System ensuing full compliance and standards in data and documentationAssist with the implementation of the NCR Process providing reports and dataSupport with AuditsMaintaining quality documentation and materialWork with suppliers and internal stakeholders For the Quality Administrator role, we are keen to receive applications from individuals who possess: Experience of working with Quality Management SystemsQuality Assurance and Quality control experience preferredExcellent Administration skillsGood interpersonal skills.Excellent Excel SkillsAttention to detailHardworkingThe ability to work as a team but also on own initiative Desirable SAP ExperienceExperience working in Engineering/Manufacturing EnvironmentStrong working knowledge of IS09001 – ideally with Auditing experience Working hours of the Quality Administrator: Working 37.5 hours per week, the successful candidate will be offered a with flexible working hours to suit their circumstances; however, the below core working hours must be worked by all employees. Monday to Thursday – 9:30AM to 2:15PMFriday – 9:30AM to 12PM In return, the Quality Administrator will receive: Salary: Up to £28,000.00 per annum DOEHoliday Entitlement: 33 Days including public holidaysPension Scheme: Up to 13 combined contribution with immediate enrolment 8 Employer / 5 EmployeeAccess to onsite facilities including free car parking and company gym
