This includes proficiently managing direct customer inquiries across various lines of business, offering insurance advice, and adhering to underwriting guidelines. Moreover, the Customer Service Team Leader will take the lead in directing the team's cross-selling endeavours, actively identifying opportunities to recommend supplementary products or services that align with customer needs.
