We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Westminster to assist with the appointment of a Leasehold Advisor , on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £22.00 - 27.56 per hour Responsibilities: Commitment To Provide Highest Quality Support To Residents Front line work across Westminsters area service centres Qualification: A strong level of knowledge calculating and billing revenue and capital service charges Knowledge of tenancy/leasehold agreements, including rent and service charge arrears, nuisance, harassment and property misuse Required Experience & Skills: Experience of carrying out financial reconciliations, leasehold and property-based accounting, and the surrounding legislation Computer literate to include the Microsoft office package and able to create reports and spreadsheet. Experience of s20 legislation, s20B and financial controls. Must have experience of working with spreadsheets Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
