This role will involve supporting people in the local community to live independently at home. The successful candidate will support customers with their day to day routine; Assisting with personal care, Administering medication, Preparing meals, Light domestic tasks, Carer relief and support out in the community. There will also be other individual requirements outlined in each person-centred support plan.This role is NOT open to applications from those who reside outside the UK.
