In return for you hard work, this legal practice will offer you a competitive salary for the area, flexible working options and a benefits package including a generous annual bonus scheme and free onsite parking.Whilst you will be running your own varied caseload, you will also be responsible for the growth and future development of the department by leading business development initiatives and networking opportunities to maintain and grow the existing client base, mentor and manage other Solicitors and more junior members of the team and collaborate with other department in the firm.The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE, is confident in their own ability and has excellent client care, communication and analytical skills.
