Title: Accounts Assistant Location: Dublin West Salary: DOETitle: Accounts AssistantLocation: Dublin WestSalary: DOE Job Responsibilities Matching / Processing Stock Receipts / InvoicesResolve invoice discrepancies and issues in a timely mannerProvide prompt and courteous responses to issues raisedBank ReconciliationsJournal entriesMonth end close activitiesAssist in month-end reportingSupporting Yearend activitiesAssisting in annual audit processCash Application Assist with the Credit Control functionAssist with the Payroll functionProject profitability reportingAssist with all aspects of finance - AP, Journals, Reconciliations, Month EndHelp with the preparation of monthly management accountsAssist finance support such as AP Accounts Payable with supplier reconciliationsTax compliance - File statutory filingsVarious projects - system implementation, new controls etc.Other ad-hoc duties as required Requirements: Part-Qualified Accountant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar roleDemonstrate knowledge of Stock Management practices and proficient in data entryStrong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-taskExperience of working in a pressurised environment in conjunction with Senior ManagementDemonstrate solid problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach towards investigating and resolving all queriesProficient with Microsoft office, and in particular, advanced MS excel skillsAbility to work effectively within a team environment but also on own initiative Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visa or sponsorship's already in place.
