Senior Care Assistant (Days). Longridge Hall Care Home £13.68 per hour PLUS £3 enhancement* for overtime 38.5 hours per week- 3/4 days per week 08:00-20:00 shifts Come and join us at Longridge Hall, our friendly residential care home based in Longridge. Our dedicated Care Home Manager, Tracey, has worked here for more than 10 years and is truly emotionally invested in making our home a lovely place to both live and work. We are currently looking to hire compassionate and dedicated individuals to support the Home Manager in providing exceptional, person-centered care to the residents of the Home, ensuring a warm, happy and homely environment is maintained at all times and supporting each of the residents to remain as active and independent as possible within the constraints of their condition. As a Senior Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve: undertaking any necessary training supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and getting involved with daily activities providing emotional support and companionship supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities maintaining high standards within the care home environment Senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, which may involve: staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, liaising with outside professionals, interviewing etc. Sandstone employees enjoy a range of benefits: Free uniform. What are we looking for?
