To be successful as a Field Service Engineer, the candidate will draw from professional experience, and be able to deliver top-tier service to both current and prospective customers, utilising your technical expertise to effectively oversee, retain, and expand business relationships with new and existing clientele.The role is split into 3 key areas: Service Visits, Technical Service Delivery and Account management. Responsibilities of Field Service Engineer: Conduct service repairs to company equipment; whilst monitoring quality, cost and overseeing water & energy management.Effectively manage and develop new & existing client relations.Achieve sales targets for your designated accounts.Promote additional services whilst displaying knowledge of equipment and servicing requirements.Offer technical support to meet business goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and fulfil objectives outlined within service level agreements.Support the acquisition of new accounts, and prepare, and deliver customer & colleague training.Monitor and enhance commercial performance while ensuring that account summaries are consistently updated and accurate.
