Join an Ecological Consultancy looking to double in size in the next 18 months. Our client is approaching the 10-year mark and is now able to rapidly grow the team over the next 18 months. Highly successful throughout the South of England, there is opportunity for Ecologists of all grades to join either the Cheltenham or South Oxfordshire office. Nominated as the ‘Small Consultancy of the Year’ by CIEEM, and rated 4.9*’s by Google Reviews, they are fast becoming one of the most popular consultancies among clients across an impressive number of sectors. The Role: Responsibilities of the role will vary dependant on experience level and seniority you enter as, however regardless of experience you will be involved with ecological surveying across South England, Midlands and the Home Counties, working alongside a friendly and passionate team of Ecologists. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office per week, flexibility on days to allow for a greater work/life balance. Qualifications/Requirements: * Degree in Ecology related field * Excellent report writing skills. * Experience of Phase 1 Hab Surveys, UK Habs * Holding, or working towards, EPSM licenses * Senior / Principal level must hold at least 1 existing EPSM license. Desirable Skills: * Member of CIEEM * Experienced use of QGIS, ArcMap, ArcGIS or CAD * Line management experience (senior / principal level) * Networking experience (principal level) * Interest / Experience in Biodiversity Net Gain Rewards / Benefits: * Competitive salary (exp. dependant) * MacBook / iPhone * Company bonus scheme * Unlimited annual leave * Unlimited external training budget * Professional memberships fully covered.
