The Role: An exciting opportunity awaits at Corndel as an Enablement Manager, reporting to our Enablement Director. With ambitious plans for continued growth, we seek a proactive go-getter with a knack for delivering and creating impactful trainings and enablement content. This role places a strong emphasis on driving sales enablement projects, creating engaging sales enablement content, supporting our sales team, and driving growth. As a critical position, it involves supporting the Sales Team to ensure they have the skills, tools, and resources to help sales growth. Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and implement sales enablement initiatives that align with commercial growth objectives including but not limited to; rolling out a value-selling sales methodology, our new sales enablement platform and content management system-and developing and running a Business Development Onboarding Programme Design and create engaging trainings for the business development teams to facilitate effective knowledge acquisition aligned with learning objectives and overall business impact Create compelling content, including sales presentations, playbooks, e-learnings, videos, and onboarding collateral to help enable the team Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and drive enablement initiatives internally Work with the sales team and Enablement Director to create project plans with milestones and success metrics to facilitate the smooth execution and implementation of initiatives Facilitate the onboarding process for new BD hires, ensuring a smooth transition and quick integration into the team Work with the Enablement Director to use data-driven insights and feedback to measure the effectiveness of BD enablement initiatives, adjusting training for improved engagement rates Collaborate with subject and product matter experts to enhance the learning process and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to tailor enablement programmes accordingly Stay ahead of knowledge and learning theories to further improve training delivery. About You: You're passionate about teaching, training and creating behaviour change. You’re an enthusiastic self-starter, eager to transform the way organisations develop their people. An inquisitive mind, able to find things out and problem solve. You embrace change and take a collaborative approach to challenges. Experience and Skills: Essential: A demonstrable background in learning and development or enablement with at least three+ years of experience in a similar role Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, translating complex product/tool features into clear, compelling, and engaging narratives. Experience with onboarding new starters and /or creating onboarding collateral. Knowledge of adult learning theories for creating engaging and interactive learning experiences. Previous experience working closely with sales teams and stakeholders. Strong organisational and project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse project/training performance and make data-informed decisions. A natural enabler and facilitator of people, processes and situations Desirable but not essential: Experience with enabling teams on value selling Comfortable working in a scale-up, entrepreneurial culture Experience with content management systems and learning management systems Experience with building e-learnings in Articulate 360 and/or instructional design experience Experience with Hubspot and Sales Enablement Platforms (e.g Seismic) Why join Corndel?
