Responsibilities: Research and develop training materials for pipeline and terminal operations. Assess competencies within the team and identify knowledge gaps for targeted development. Educational Level and Professional Qualifications Required/Ideal : Minimum Required: Higher Technical Qualification or Degree Level Education in a STEM subject (Physical Science, Technology or Engineering discipline). Ideal: Bachelors Degree in a relevant STEM subject (Physical Science, Technology or Engineering discipline). Experience (including number of years in role) Required/Ideal : Minimum Required : 5 Years in a teaching / instruction role, Key Stage 3+. Ideal: 7+ years, Key Stage 4+. Other Development Requirements : Understand the business environment in which the company operates and have an appreciation of the business sector and the companies involved. Good working knowledge of relevant written resources and standards, where to find them and how to apply them. Good understanding of the needs of working in a hazardous environment, work control systems and the Control of Major Accident Hazard (COMAH) regulations. Is conversant with relevant Health & Safety legislation and operational safety requirements as per Job Standards and can identify gaps required to develop personal competency.
