With a huge growth plan over the next two years, we are looking to expand our client facing delivery team with designers, developers, and testers as we continue to expand our project portfolio. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions. Document technical specifications, system architecture, and codebase changes. Demonstratable experience of successfully contributing to the delivery of Digital products and projects in the Public Sector. Proven experience as a Software Developer, preferably in web application development projects. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Django Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
