Job Overview: As a Social Media and Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media and content strategies for our clients. This is a hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of both social media and content marketing. You will be responsible for creating engaging and relevant content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing data to measure the success of campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement social media and content strategies for clients across various industries • Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Manage social media accounts, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve social media and content strategies • Analyze data and provide insights to measure the success of social media and content campaigns • Monitor and report on social media and content performance to clients • Stay up-to-date with changes and updates in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques to continuously improve our services Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media and content marketing • Proven track record of managing successful social media and content campaigns • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong time management and organizational skills • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms • Experience in managing client relationships is a plus If you are a creative and results-driven individual with a passion for social media and content marketing, we want to hear from you!
