Future futures and emerging strategies Customer Engagement Effective customer relationship techniques Driving targets, sales and budget aspirations Operations and Supply Chain Planning of vehicles and compliance Stock holding and stock location knowledge. Management and Leadership Learn and develop best practice in management. Show leadership qualities and forward thinking. Job Description: The Management Trainee will undergo a comprehensive training program focusing on developing the skills and knowledge required for leadership potential. The position is designed for future leaders within fuel sales and become a depot manager of the future. You will have exposure to all areas of the business including sales, operations, H&S and HR.
