Your Mission In your role as a Quality & Product Safety Coordinator, you will support the QHSE Manager in a myriad of vital tasks. Your responsibilities will include facilitating collaboration with certification bodies, organizing site audits, responding to non-conformances, and ensuring adherence to compliance standards and accreditation systems. You will assist in reviewing and updating policies and procedures to continually advance the quality management systems. Overseeing the company's internal audit and self-inspection programs and developing an efficient Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Program will be crucial. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date calibration records, manage the service and repair of laboratory equipment, and conduct detailed quality assurance activities. These tasks are designed to guarantee the safety and quality of our products, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. Key Competencies Experience working with BRC (British Retail Consortium) certification GCSE grades 3/C or above in Maths and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational and time management skills. High personal conduct and professional performance, with effective written and verbal communication skills. A good team player capable of working independently with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A reliable and flexible individual with the ability to manage changing priorities and meticulous attention to detail.
