About the role As the Professional Services Manager at Olive Jar, you will be instrumental in driving our commitment to excellence in Digital Transformation for our public sector clients. Leveraging your prior experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, Delivery Manager, or Technical Architect within the public sector, you will lead a team ensuring in the achievement and exceeding of client expectations. You will have a technical background, with a proven track record of working to GDS standards and UK Gov agile methodologies, whilst being successful in navigating the complexities of public sector projects, which will be essential in furthering business objectives and maintaining the highest standards of quality and performance. You can expect to be working on client projects 50% - 75% of the time. About you Strong technical background with prior experience working in the public sector. Experienced in agile delivery and working towards UK Government GDS standards. Demonstratable history of project reporting and ensuring knowledge retention across all projects. Previous experience leading an in-house team of consultants. Excellent stakeholder management experience. Demonstrated ability to effectively cultivate and sustain positive relationships both internally and externally. Responsibilities Set company standards such as project reporting and information retention. Collaborate with senior management to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Ensure that the stages of delivery are documented throughout a project's lifecycle. Lead and mentor a team of permanent consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Work on client projects 50% - 75% of the time.
