Job Title: News PresenterCompany: Islam Channel TVJob Type: Part-time (3 hours per day, 4 days a week - Monday to Thursday)Location: Ilford, LondonPayment: Hourly rate as per Islam Channel policyJob Description:Islam Channel TV is seeking dynamic and knowledgeable News Presenters to join our team. As a News Presenter, you will play a crucial role in delivering timely and accurate news coverage to our viewers.Responsibilities: Present news segments during the morning broadcasts, delivering information in a clear, engaging, and professional manner.Research, write, and edit news stories, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to journalistic standards.Stay updated on current affairs, global news, and significant events to provide insightful commentary and analysis.Collaborate with producers and other team members to plan and execute news segments effectively.Conduct interviews with guests and experts to provide additional context and perspective on news stories.Participate in audition rehearsals and provide feedback for improvement.Adhere to Islam Channel TV's policies and guidelines at all times. Requirements: Education in journalism, communications, or a related field (experience is preferable but not mandatory).Good knowledge of current affairs, global news, and relevant issues.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information effectively.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining composure and professionalism.Availability to work part-time, 3 hours in the morning, for 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday).Must be punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality news coverage.If you are passionate about journalism and have a keen interest in delivering news to a diverse audience, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
