We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Sutton to assist with the appointment of a Risk & Compliance Survey or, on a 2- month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration. Rate of Pay: £28.00 per Hour PAYE Responsibilities: Uphold SHPs Values, Behaviours & Leadership expectations at all times. Inspect and survey properties for fire, asbestos and other relevant risks to comply with the Fire Safety Regulations. Prepare reports and prioritise remedial actions following inspections. Prepare schedules of remedial works and supervise service providers in undertaking them. Update databases and risk registers. Check service providers operating for SHP for Health & Safety compliance and safe working practices. Qualifications: The following or equivalent: UKATA Asbestos Awareness course P405 Management of Asbestos in Buildings, NEBOSH National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management, Scaffold Inspection qualification, Advanced managing working at height training course. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
