We provide a flexible working environment with a culture to help everyone achieve their best.​ Description: Leading a team of Senior Account Managers, you will be responsible for ensuring our company value of being 'customer obsessed' is reinforced all the time, in every interaction, to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction, retention and commercial objectives.You will also be responsible for ensuring individual account strategies deliver the maximum margin to Zonal whilst we are exceeding our customers' expectations and for the ongoing development of the team to maximise product and business knowledge. You will ensure all Account Managers are truly partnering their customers' businesses, liaising between them and our internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service and support. You will work closely with business stakeholders and partners to ensure we understand the customer challenge and work with the team to ensure the solutions we deliver address those needs. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Managing the overall performance of the Senior Account Services team including, but not limited to, customer satisfaction, account profitability, account planning, revenue maximisation, complaint management, escalation process, installation process, customer training and departmental succession planning. Ensuring there is a clear and coherent path of communication internally and externally. Highlighting and managing individual training, development, coaching and mentoring needs of team members, thereby ensuring excellence in product and job related knowledge. Strategic customer planning at both pre and post implementation stages to ensure both the customer and Zonal achieve their objectives. Maintaining direct relationships with all customers under your remit, becoming a trusted advisor and facilitator and acting as an escalation point when required. Creation and / or review of all commercial documentation including contracts, statements of work, PIDs, and proposals. Ensure individual Senior Account Managers and their teams are targeted, measured, incentivised and motivated to achieve their budgets. Experience: You will enjoy a fast-paced customer-centric environment where you can utilise your previous experience of managing customer relationships within the hospitality sector. You will have worked in the hospitality field and will possess a great understanding of tech products including EPOS and SaaS. Excellent people and communication skills with peers, seniors, subordinates and customers and comfortable negotiating through conflict. The ability to create and develop customer relationships and understand what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service. Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy understanding systems and how they work so that they can help deliver change to the necessary components. Ability to multi-task, balancing the customer, business strategy and priorities required to deliver exceptional customer service to exceed our customers' expectations. Additionally, the following skill areas would be advantageous: Good understanding of general IT concepts and confident in communicating with technical experts. Project management experience Good awareness of latest technology and current trends within the hospitality industry. Driving Licence. CONTEXT The demanding nature of this role will require flexibility in working hours including overnight where appropriate and considerable travel across the UK to customer meetings.Powered by JazzHR
