We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Vacation Specialist to join our team. The Vacation Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. This role involves researching destinations, recommending accommodations, coordinating transportation, and ensuring that clients have memorable and seamless travel experiences. Responsibilities: 1. Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, budget, and requirements. 2. Research and recommend destinations, attractions, accommodations, and activities based on client preferences and budget constraints. 3. Create customized travel itineraries tailored to individual client needs and preferences. 4. Provide information about travel regulations, documentation, and insurance requirements. 5. Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements. 6. Coordinate with travel partners, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transportation companies, to ensure smooth travel logistics. 7. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel to address any concerns or issues that may arise. 8. Stay updated on travel trends, industry developments, and destination information. 9. Handle reservations, cancellations, and changes in travel plans as needed. 10. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a travel agent, vacation specialist, or in a similar role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. 4. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in travel booking systems and software. 6. Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, attractions, and travel regulations. 7. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for creating memorable travel experiences. 8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 9. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred but not required.
