We are currently seeking a talented and creative Event Venue Decorator/Designer/Stylist to join our team and help us bring our clients' visions to life. Job Overview: As an Event Venue Decorator/Designer/Stylist, you will be responsible for designing and decorating event venues to create a visually stunning and cohesive atmosphere. You will work closely with our clients to understand their event theme and requirements, and then use your creative skills to transform the venue into a beautiful and memorable space. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to understand their event theme, budget, and requirements • Create event design concepts and present them to clients for approval • Source and select appropriate decor items, including furniture, lighting, linens, and props • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of decor items • Set up and style event venues according to the approved design concept • Manage and oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all decor items are handled with care • Stay updated with the latest event design trends and incorporate them into our services • Manage and maintain inventory of decor items and ensure they are in good condition • Work within the allocated budget and find cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event planning process Requirements: • Proven experience as an Event Venue Decorator/Designer/Stylist or similar role • Strong creative and artistic skills with an eye for detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Knowledge of event design software and tools is a plus • A portfolio of previous event design projects is highly desirable • A degree or certification in event management, design, or a related field is preferred Benefits: • Opportunities for career growth and development • A dynamic and collaborative work environment • Chance to work on a variety of events and projects • Training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge If you have a passion for event design and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
