Computors Limited is looking for an IT Engineer to join our exciting MSP team at our Wolverhampton offices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, analytical skills, and proven problem-solving experience. They will use their interpersonal skills to communicate with customers both in person and remotely. This role will require you to perform IT support and installation services such as laptop & PC installs, basic network installation, Microsoft 365 solutions and 1st-2nd line IT Support services. Essential Requirements: 2+ years’ experience providing 1st / 2nd Line support. A strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 systems. Networking troubleshooting and installation skills. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills. VoIP experience with systems such as 3CX, and Yeastar. Deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 services. Experience with Windows Server 2016+. Server Management utilising Hyper-V or VM Ware. While not imperative, experience with any of the following services and systems would be beneficial: Experience working on a helpdesk to ITIL standards in an MSP environment. Experience with Ubiquiti networks and Firewall solutions such as Watchguard & DrayTek. Experience in planning and managing small IT projects. Computors Ltd provide telephone, remote & on-site IT Support & installation services for a wide range of businesses within the Midlands. We are based at Wolverhampton Science Park and are looking for a candidate to join us who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in this industry. We provide an out-of-hours service for a few customers, therefore every 5 weeks you will be on call for 1 week; however, we receive less than 5 calls per month, on average. This role will give you the ability to substantially broaden your skill sets in supporting & installing a wide range of equipment & services. Around 20% of your time will be spent at customer premises and so a driving licence is essential for this role. Please only apply if you live within a 20-mile radius of Wolverhampton.
