Description:
Technical skills • Experienced in defining systems strategy and requirements, designing and prototyping, planning testing, and supporting training efforts • Participation in all phase of full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations with Global delivery impact • Demonstrate experience of implementing large Salesforce implementations with more than 300 users • Experience integration of Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP • Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex development. • Understands web services and other technologies used to transport data • Experience of at least one complex data migration into Salesforce using ETL technology • In-depth knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of Salesforce platform • Strong technical foundation: advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java), relational database concepts and structures, structured system analysis and design methods • Strong knowledge CRM business impact Roles & Responsibilities : Design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems Map functional requirements to Marketing Cloud features and functionality. Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead and of all technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Salesforce.com related technology efforts Assess Salesforce.com architecture and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platform Mentor junior team members in Marketing Cloud technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices Experience & Education : Experience: 10+ years in IT Minimum 7 years od development on Salesforce platform Minimum 5 years leading large Enterprise Salesforce implementations Education: Bachelors Degree, Master Degree a bonus Required Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Email Specialist Credential Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Certified Salesforce Developer and Advanced Developer desired Potential Certified Salesforce Technical Architect candidate
