Job Description: Experience of working in an agile environment, practicing Scrum, Kanban, XP or SAFe and sound understanding of DevOps practices -Ability to acquire deep business, functional, non functional and technical knowledge in the product area, and communicate to business and engineering stakeholders -Ability to write feature acceptance criteria and define MVP for products -Create user stories in INVEST format and help development team define and refine the acceptance criteria -Drive end to end lifecycle of objectives - from elicitation to adoption by users -Ability to create Business Hypothesis, Lean Business Cases, Cost Benefit Analysis -Own the product Backlog and work closely with various stakeholders to continuously refine and prioritize it -Technology Awareness - understanding development lifecycle, Quality Assurance and engineering best practices -Influencing the Target Operating Model (TOM) -Influencing or co-authoring product vision, product strategy and product roadmap
