Job Description : • Support during testing of Business Continuity programs and identify process improvements to improve resilience and ensure that platforms are fit for purpose • Ops Resiliency : Support this program as required for this regulatory requirement along with the rest of the team • Operational Risk : Prepare for Meetings as required, JORS reporting, Monthly KRIs, Post-Mortem writing/reviews (quarterly or Ad hoc) • Vendor Mgmt for BC program : Vendor reviews, Vendor Committee meetings, risk ratings, Vendor Calls, vendor integration • BCM planning : Fusion Software planning, continued maturity of contents and input, MI and reporting (Ad hoc) • Education and Awareness : Help with inductions, Lunch and Learns, review of the content for year-end compliance training • Crisis Management Team (“CMT”) planning : Participation of business impacting events, Communications, 24/7 availability • Incident Management (“IMT”) : Participation of business impacting events, Communications, 24/7 availability Supportive roles: • DR program participation : BCM support, DR Committee, Tech led initiatives i.e. Datacentre projects, support testing requirements (Ad hoc) • Support the Phys Sec department where appropriate • Call notifications : Semi-Annual testing, ENS invocations, data integrity, ensuring daily uploads (yearly) • Audits : Audit queries, both from a BCM perspective as well as individual BU’s • Client onboarding and client BC requests (Ad hoc) : Ensuring the BC disclosure document is accurate and complete • Facilities : Back up to London BC manager in the Engineering Change control process, Bimonthly FAC/BCM/Tech meetings, Bi weekly Global FAC/TECH and BC calls. Overview emergency procedures for key locations i.e. fire evac/invacs (Ad hoc) • Availability : Being contactable 24/7 globally, disclosure of contact details, being on point to manage unexpected business impacting events • Support for Operational Risk as BCM Specialist in EMEA 1. Completing and maintaining a comprehensive Risk Self-Assessment 2. Reviews for operational risk management within the BCM Department for EMEA and APAC. Support overall management of operational risk in EMEA and APAC region – ultimately to Global Head of BCM with the help of nominated Operational Risk Representatives and line managers, according to the Operational Risk Management Policy and standards within, and setting the tone from the top with respect to their implementation and effectiveness 3. Support for all privacy risk matters within GBCM Department with the help of the ORR that have been nominated for relevant departments o Maintaining overall responsibility for escalating privacy related enquiries and breaches to JIL BC Manager or Global Head of BCM who will in turn report to Co-Heads of EMEA Privacy Risk o Managing the process and ensuring the completion of Privacy Risk Impact Assessments for the BCM department where a new system or new third party vendor or new process is being utilized which will impact personal data 4. Ensure conduct risks are escalated and recorded accurately and through the correct channels. Conduct risk should always be taken into consideration by the department head in their role as a supervisor and a manager and as such, they must act by example in setting the appropriate 'tone from the top' • Monitoring of environmental impacts across the globe and multiple potential impacts on our static assets.
