Role : Build Manager Location – London, UK • English fluent, good communication skills • Project management skills • Strong technical background • Ideally Avaloq background • Onboarding can start asap; replacement of Build Manager role in UK, ongoing project Detailed description: As a Development Manager (aka Build Manager) you will be part of our project delivery team that is dedicated to managing IT implementation projects for new and existing clients. Our team includes colleagues from all project-critical roles with a focus on banking software. As a Build Manager, you will be part of major implementation projects, leading the development teams and interacting with both internal stakeholders and clients. Thanks to your experience on previous Avaloq implementation projects you will contribute to the growth and continuous improvement of the company. • Take ownership and leadership for project developments addressing the business and technical transformation requirements. • Coordinate the resolution of open items and issues, monitor and report on progress • Work in close liaison with the project lead and the internal stakeholders • Strong alignment with the Avaloq program manager in coordination of activities to ensure management of expectations and readiness • Support to the senior management in setting up new projects and business initiatives
