You will have: • Ability to quickly build relationships across multiple teams • Ability to share information, transfer knowledge & expertise to team members • Good visualization skills • High analytical capabilities • Ability to grasp new concepts • A demonstrated ability to influence team and key stakeholders • Ability to work in ambiguity and iterating to a solution – can estimate and solve basic business problems without explicit direction • Creativity, flexibility, and a wiliness to continuously change, evolve, and improve software development processes • Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership and conflict resolution skills. You will be: • A good verbal and written communicator (English). • A Self-Starter • Delivery focused and able to respond to requests with tight deadlines • Work well in a team • Able to take on tasks without a high degree of supervision • Structured, methodical thinker, with strong attention to detail. • Able to take the initiative and display problem solving capability. • Able to work well under pressure and always with a professional demeanour. • Confident and able to convincingly structure, summarise, present and challenge recommendations. • Appropriately assertive with excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills. • Self-motivated • Used to working to tight deadlines and identifying problems at an early stage • Flexibility and willingness to work autonomously • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
