Property Sales Consultant£20k-£25k Basic, £40k-£50k OTEBased Wembley, LondonWe are a well established investment property sales organisation with a very successful name in the marketplace. We trade on integrity and reputation. We're absolutely passionate about property and very focused on educating our clients and supporting them through the various emotional hurdles they will encounter as they build their property investment portfolio from 0 - 10 properties.We specialise in assisting people to buy investment property and help manage the entire process. With strong PR and Marketing support, we buy property in bulk to ensure that our clients get the best deal. We even offer various guarantees to ensure rents are received by our clients.Due to our success through two property recessions, we are seeking to expand to ensure that we are at the forefront of the next property boom. We currently require a number of additional Property Sales Consultants to help pitch the various properties we manage to prospective clients. This is a predominantly internal role but offers tremendous rewards to the right person as well as working within a very structured and successful telesales team.You will be expected to be on the phone for at least 4 hours per day. You must have experience in telesales, be super-confident, disciplined and have a mastery of the English language. You will have basic computer skills and be able to use Word, Excel and email.
