Seeking talented senior media advertising sales executive: Redactive Media Group are looking for an experienced sales executive who wants to continue their career at an award-winning publishing agency. Working on niche magazines in the professional healthcare sector (spanning hairdressing businesses, sports management and other vertical markets) selling advertising across print, digital and events, we need someone who enjoys generating revenues from established key accounts and developing more new business. You will be hungry to speak to clients, be solutions-orientated, able to identify client needs and present solutions to help them achieve their objectives. We need someone who enjoys generating revenues from key accounts and developing new business, with extensive experience of selling print advertising in addition to online. With the support of your sales manager and working closely with talented editorial teams, who deliver content across range of channels, you will be able to create multi-platform packages which provide excellent engagement and positioning for our commercial clients. Your proactive, self-starting approach will ensure success. You will be able to demonstrate previous success in delivering the following: A proven track record of working in a media sales environment, with experience of both account management and successful new business development – ideally in the healthcare sector Good understanding of the publishing industry – ideally in B2B sales Experience in and understanding of: Face to face meetings Market share generation Selling with research Selling against competitors Selling brand extensions Sales letter/proposal writing Ability to communicate with and influence all client and agency personnel Good time management skills with the ability to meet all sales deadlines Positive attitude to selling and meeting targets/objectives Self-motivated and able to demonstrate ability to be a team player Command of basic IT skills Why work for Redactive?
