MUST meet the following criteria: 16- 24 years old Currently receiving Universal Credit Looking for an Office Junior Intern (Paid) for 25hours per week with an interest in sustainability for a fashion brand based in Queens Park. This role is suitable for someone looking to join a creative brand in a start-up environment and also with an interest in Sales. Responsibilities: Screening calls and taking accurate messages Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers Packing orders Walking office dog Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments Updating contact lists on the company database Providing support to Office Manager Assisting Sales team with certain tasks Ad-hoc duties, including running personal errands and booking lunches Requirements: Confident Microsoft Office Previous administrative experience Team player Polite telephone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills
