Benton Creative is a West-London based digital marketing agency that helps brands in various sectors (beauty, healthcare, wellness, interior design) align and express their brand online authenticity. We craft compelling stories through social media content and advertising which create deep, lasting relationships with our clients' existing and future customers. We are looking for a creative and strategic social media intern to work alongside our growing, creative team. The intern is responsible for generating content ideas with other team members, and work alongside the founder to manage the ongoing projects. We believe it will be an excellent opportunity for anyone who is interested in social media marketing to learn about every aspect of the field. Benton Creative will provide training in the tools required to work in this field. Who we are looking for: -Excellent organisational skills -A person who consumes (potentially even creates) digital content, follows the trends on TikTok, Instagram, Twitter etc. -Good eye for design, videos, photos -A strategic thinker -Excellent communication skills (Especially writing, speaking) -Eagerness to learn about new innovations, marketing software, editing tools -Native or Advanced English speaker Job Duties -Brainstorm content ideas and organise those in content calendar -Engage with audiences on social media -Work alongside an international team and assist the founder in daily social media tasks -Schedule content to create consistent stream of new content for audience interaction What we can offer you -Social Media Marketing Training -If you are interested in design, video editing, photography, we will train you in those fields during your internship -Opportunity to join client meetings and learn how to negotiate -WFH occasionally (if that increases your productivity) -You will be part of a world renowned startup incubator at one of the top 10 universities in the world (University College London) - You will have the chance to attend events, build your network. -Salary Compensation If the internship is successful we will give you an opportunity to progress your career in an assistant or managerial full-time role.
