The ideal candidate will have a " can do " attitude with an eye for detail, a passionate approach and can manage their own work day in a fast paced, dynamic environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAs a UX designer you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of their digital products. You will collaborate with cross functional teams, including members of the client services and creative team to create seamless, user centred designs that align with their business goals and meet the needs of their customers.A highly visible role that will give you the opportunity to develop as well as improve and continue to drive the effectiveness of the operationRESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDEResearch, analyse and understand user needs, behaviours and expectations to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.Create user persona, journey maps and storyboards to effectively communicate user needs and requirements.Design wireframes, prototypes and mock ups that clearly illustrate site functionality and layout.Collaborate closely with UI designers and developers to ensure a smooth hand off and implementation of designsConduct usability tests, analyse results and iterate designs based on user feedbackPresent design concepts and rationale, incorporating feedback to refine and improve designsContinuously stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a cutting edge approach to UX designREQUIREMENTSProven experience as a UX designer, working on web and mobile applications.Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process, problem solving skills and ability to create user centred designsProficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Invision or similar tools.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationaleSolid understanding of UX principles, methodologies and best practices.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams in a fast paced dynamic environmentFamiliarity with HTML, CSS and JavascriptFULL TIME PERMANENT OFFICE BASEDOFFICE HOURS 9AM - 5PMTo find out more about this role please call Danny Moloney on 01603 XXXXXX or e mail XXXX@cpl.uk.com
