What You Will Be Doing Overseeing the development and delivery of one of our key cyber security productsPlanning product development schedules and releasesOwning the development and delivery processes for your productBusiness analysis activities including epic and story scoping and elaborationManaging the day to day tasks of the development team using agile methodologiesAcceptance of features as they are developed to ensure they meet requirements and are at the required quality levelRunning agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and monthly retrosMonthly progress reviews of team members and holding regular feedback conversations What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role Organised. You are naturally organised and have experience applying organisation in a software development environmentRequirements analysis. You are able to understand the requirements of our users and build these into good quality epics and stories that can followed by the development teamAgile methodologies. You have experience of working with agile software development methodologies including Kanban and ScrumEnd-to-end product delivery.
