JC – 2982075 Location: London, UK Position Title : Technical Lead(SRE_DevOps) Rate: 400/day- inside Mandate skill : SRE - Devops Immediate joiners, Rate: 400 -450GBP/only immediate joiners Required Technical Roles & Responsiblities:- -> Day to Day tasks Supporting as an SRE for the Project. -> Will get suport tickets, need to triage and fix them as required -> Work with Terraform Modules for Infra and based on the requirement, need to make necessary changes. -> CI:- Work with Rio pipelines with DRI's ensuring that the pipelines didn't break, while running and creating the images. -> Artifactory:- Validate and ensure that the succesfull Images (snapshots for dev) & release images are present in the Jfrog Artifactory. -> Helm Charts:- For the application deployments, will check and modify necessary changes in the relevant environments. So that we can deploy. -> Configmaps / Secrets / database - Configs:- Will ensure that the relevant versions got deployed and configured as per the requirement. -> Spinnaker:- Using spinnaker we deploy the requested versions in the relevant environments. -> On board the new applications, by following the documentation, by raising the radars(Tickets), with necessary departments(security). -> Istio ;- Ensuring that the configuration Site Reliability Engineering Experience in Unix Shell Scripting, Experience in Programming Language like Java, Production Support & Operation Hands , Experience in Splunk and Oracle Technolgies. Experience in Docker and Configuration management tools like Ansible,Chef. Experience in Kafka Set Up and RabbitMQ understanding. Role Purpose :The purpose of the role is to support process delivery byensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolvetechnical escalations and develop technical capability within theProduction Specialists. 1. Oversee and support process by reviewing daily transactionson performance parametersn 2. . Review performance dashboard and the scores for the team 3. Support the team in improving performance parameters byproviding technical support and process guidance 4. Record, track, and document all queries received, problem-solving steps taken and total successful and unsuccessful resolutions 5. Ensure standard processes and procedures are followed to resolveall client queries 6. Resolve client queries as per the SLA?s defined in thecontract 7. Develop understanding of process/ product for the team membersto facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting 8. Document and analyze call logs to spot most occurring trends toprevent future problems 9. Identify red flags and escalate serious client issues to Teamleader in cases of untimely resolution 10. Ensure all product information and disclosures are given toclients before and after the call/email requests 11. Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with serviceagreements 12. Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis andtroubleshooting of client queries 13. Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/ escalations as per SLAand quality requirements 14. If unable to resolve the issues, timely escalate the issues toTA & SES 15. Provide product support and resolution to clients by performinga question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions 16. Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteousand professional manner 17. Offer alternative solutions to clients (where appropriate) withthe objective of retaining customers? and clients? business 18. Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messagesappropriate to listeners and situations 19. Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to recordfeedback and ensure compliance to contract SLA?s 1. Build people capability to ensure operational excellence andmaintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/clientn 2. Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technicalknowledge 3. Collate trainings to be conducted as triage to bridge the skillgaps identified through interviews with the Production Specialist 4. Develop and conduct trainings (Triages) within products forproduction specialist as per target 5. Inform client about the triages being conducted 6. Undertake product trainings to stay current with productfeatures, changes and updates 7. Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per clientrequirements/recommendations 8. Identify and document most common problems and recommendappropriate resolutions to the team 9.
