SOLICITOR : MILITARY CLAIMS, 5 + YEARS' PQE, LANCASHIRE. Exceptional opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join a multiservice Legal 500 Law Firm, that provides award winning legal services to clients nationwide. JOB REF: 5793 JOB TITLE: Solicitor : Military Claims EXPERIENCE: 5 + PQELOCATION: LancashireSALARY: up to c GBP 50,000 DOE -The individual in this role will be accountable for managing a caseload of military claims, both litigated and pre:litigated, as well as overseeing industrial disease claims as necessary. -Our client is seeking a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and prior experience managing intricate and high:value claims against the Ministry of Defence, as well as fast track/multi:track litigated cases involving Short Tail and Long Tail diseases, and other industrial disease cases. -You will be able to handle a high workload, as well as understanding litigation, the Civil Procedure Rules, regulations, and legislation concerning military claims. -You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care. - contact Lauren Harris at eNL on 850 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
