We are a specialist modular construction company for the NHS and hospitals throughout the UK and are currently looking for a Site Manager who would like to build their career with us and be a valued member of our Team. We are fortunate to be sought after by Trust because of their ability to provide a very high standard of work and be client-focused. Main Role To take responsibility for the site standards maintaining Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental compliance. Performing regular site inspections and ensure site compliance by investigating all incidents or accidents and take steps to avoid re-occurrence. To take responsibility for the required standards of Quality, protection of works, presentation and quality of the product. Manage site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions. Make sure materials are supplied “just in time” to avoid wastage and replacement orders Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with Project Manager to monitor costs. To direct the necessary labour, plant, staff and equipment to achieve both plot and project completion on time, to specification and within budget. Monitor and manage short-term programmes and complete of weekly progress reports for the clients Maintain regular contact with the Project Manager and wider team to ensure that lines of communication remain open to facilitate speedy resolution of issues. To regulate and control the works to the specified standards at the forecast profitability or better. Develop and foster collaborative working relationships with the Client, Client’s Representatives, Supply Chain and internal teams. You will need to have Black CSCS card, Site Management qualifications and ideally have worked on hospitals or medical centres and/or modular build or M&E but we will consider carefully all good commercial Site Managers.
