You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers This is one of the leading private hospitals in Gloucestershire with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality healthcare for self pay/insured and NHS patients To be considered for this position you hold a current active NMC Pin Will also accept ODP’s with a HCPC Registration As a Senior Scrub Nurse/ODP your key responsibilities include: Supervising and supporting clinical support staff and junior staff in the delivery of careScrub for a variety of surgical procedures including orthopaedics and cosmeticsDeliver high quality, effective, evidence based patient careWork within a busy theatre covering a range of clinical disciplines The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independentlyFlexible and positive attitudeA warm, considerate and empathetic characterHighly experienced within the theatre teamSurgical First Assist Qualification SFA would be desirable, but not essentialSurgical scrub experience The successful Senior Scrub Nurse/ODP will receive an excellent salary up to £44,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week.
