Vacancy for the post of Senior Grounds Person Salary: £29,269 -£32,076 per annum Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Based at the Costessey Centre, Longwater Lane, Costessey, NR8 5AH Reports to: Operations Manager – Property and Environment Job Purpose: Supervision of all playing surfaces and grounds facilities to the required standard for users and supervise other team members to ensure all areas are cared for and maintained. Applicants should have a minimum Level 2+ qualification in a relevant field of study – this could be an NVQ, SVQ, or Work Placed Diploma / or full time Level 2 qualification or another qualification such as the Level 2 GMA Technical Certificate in Turf Surface Maintenance or Grounds Maintenance.
