RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR : LOCUM, GBP 40 : GBP 45 PER HOUR, SOMERSET, HYBRID, ON:GOING. An opportunity to join a well:established law firm as a locum residential conveyancing solicitor providing excellent services in Somerset. JOB REF: 5583 - You will be expected to pick up the existing caseload, hit the ground running and ensure smooth progression of files.- Considerable experience with wide range of residential conveyancing matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages, shared ownership and transfers of equity.- Proven track record of handling own caseload is essential.- This role will be accompanied by experienced secretarial support.- You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.- The ideal candidate should be able to be on site at least 2 days per week.- contact Tatiana at eNL on 454 or with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
