The Role: As a Residential Conveyancer, you will oversee a variety of residential property dealings from beginning to end, including sales, re-mortgages, equity transfers, and lease extensions. Responsibilities: Efficient and cost-effective case processing. Direct engagement with clients, estate agents, and lenders. Cultivation of professional relationships for business development. Achievement of fee income in accordance with set targets. Autonomy in work management, ensuring productivity and quality. Requirements: Previously worked as a Conveyancer or in a similar role. Demonstrable experience in the legal sector. Ability to handle caseload independently. Skilled in IT, with experience in using web-based case management systems. Dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. Possess business acumen with an awareness of how business objectives influence the firm.
