We are very excited to recruit for a Payroll Executive in the Manchester area. The role will be for our client - a rapidly expanding business services company, that focuses on Consultancy, Global Business Expansion, PEO, Recruitment, Remote Working and Contractor Management. Although the role would start remotely, you would move to the Manchester office when it is safe to do so. The role: As a Payroll Exceutive you will be responsible for processing the payroll for employees across the international group, including Malta, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy and Germany. Giving great exposure to both local Malta and international payroll rules and regulations. Your main tasks will focus on assisting the Group Payroll Team with their monthly payroll creation, reconciliation and administration to ensure accuracy and timely running of the various international payrolls. Besides this you will respond to any client's or employee's queries and ensure all clients, contractors and employees receive relevant payslips and statements. What you’ll definitely need: At least 1 year experience in Payroll / similar role or a relevant qualification Positive, pro-active approach to work, with a flexible, can-do attitude Fluent English - further European languages would be advantageous Microsoft office literate, advanced Excel knowledge High attention to all details Good problems solving skills, time management and organizational skills Able to prioritize and multitask effectively. Salary and benefits A competitive basic gross annual salary between £19-23K depending on experience plus benefits including flexible working, team lunch on Fridays, Birthday leave, monthly events, career progression, international relocation possibilities.
