Part Time Administrator
Pertemps are recruiting for an Part time Administrator to join a highly reputable Construction company in Stoke, Plymouth.This role will be supporting the Administration office by being the first point of contact for all telephone calls from customers and suppliers, delivering high standards of customer service. You will also be required to assist by filing, scanning, and any Administration work required to support the team and pick up more duties as you learn more about the business and their clients.This is a small and friendly office environment, initially temporary but can become permanent for the right person. Free Parking on site.The days can be flexible, but ideally 3 days full time (9-5) or 4 days (9-3)Salary is also depending on experienceYou will need to be a confident communicator and have previous Administration experience.
