Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for various PA / Executive Assistant roles within their Public Sector clients, based both in the City Centre and outlying areas of Edinburgh. Rates of pay are attractive (£10.50 to £12.00 per hour, depending on background) and we have both full-time, part-time and flexible working opportunities available. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals who have demonstrated skill in at least three of the following duties on their CV: Diary Management Arranging travel where necessary. Scheduling meetings, coordinating room bookings when required Agenda gathering and minute taking of meetings Creation of written reports, correspondence or memos Supporting organisation of events and exhibitions Advanced use of Excel / Ms word / Outlook and PowerPoint Financial Management (Purchase / Sales Ledger, Reconciliations etc.) Basic Accounting or Bookkeeping In addition, all candidates should have the following personal skills: Excellent Customer Service skills Clear and concise Communication expertise both verbally and in writing Exemplary time organizational skills and an expertise to prioritise workloads based on need Shows initiative and a willingness to problem solve to get tasks done Works methodically and with a good eye for detail If you would like to be considered for 1 of our positions please apply on-line immediately, ensuring that your CV has clear evidence of at least three of the duties above.
