We are seeking a dedicated General All-Round Multi-Trade Worker to join our team and provide top-quality service across various properties in Orpington, Kent.We are seeking a dedicated General All-Round Multi-Trade Worker to join our team and provide top-quality service across various properties in Orpington, Kent.Key Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, carpentry, painting, basic plumbing and general handyman duties.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues to determine the best course of action.Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.Manage your time efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner.Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Requirements: Proven experience in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Relevant certifications and qualifications in various trades are a plus.
