About the role We are looking for a high calibre, passionate individual to add our marketing team, to enable the deployment of a multi-channel marketing communications strategy to; create awareness of the organisation within relevant markets, educate relevant markets with regards to the organisation and its product offering and support the generation and conversion of marketing generated leads. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Strategic Campaigns : Craft and execute captivating marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels. Content Development : Create compelling content – from blogs to engaging social media posts – that showcases Luxfer’s expertise and innovation. Event Organisation : Support in the coordination of industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Collaborative Working Work closely with cross-functional teams – sales, product development, and customer service – to ensure seamless alignment. Qualifications: We’re seeking someone who combines expertise with passion. Here’s what you’ll need: Experience : You’ve got experience in a similar marketing role, and you have worked across a variety of marketing channels. Education : Ideally, you hold a degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Creativity : You have a demonstratable level of creativity and are prepared to generate creative concepts. Adaptability : You’re open to change, can work in a fast-paced working environment and ready to seize opportunities. Based at our manufacturing site in Colwick, Nottingham , you’ll be employed on a permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week.
