Head Pizza Chef – Pizza Restaurant – 45k plus tronc London’s best Pizza company needs you Job Role: Head Chef Food Style: Neapolitan pizzaRestaurant Size: 40-65Daily Pizzas: 200-500Contracted Hours: 48Brigade size: 6-10 chefsSalary: 45k basic plus troncReport to: Group chef & head of foodGroup size: 16 sites Location: LondonThis is an amazing forward-thinking pizzeria group across the UK, looking for talented head chefs to run sites in London. They are industry leaders in Neapolitan pizza and staff benefits.The role will be to run one of their busy sites, leading a small team of passionate chefs making fresh daily dough and serving up to 500 pizzas per day when busy.You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment.
